Beechwood Ultrasonics is led by Dr. Karl Graff, a recognized authority in power ultrasonics whose career has spanned:
- Academic, at The Ohio State University where he did teaching and research in ultrasonics (also chairing two academic departments),
- Industrial research, where he founded and led Edison Welding Institute (EWI) while continuing ultrasonics research,
- Consulting where he has worked with numerous companies in advancing ultrasonic processes.
